The Voter Information Service provided by Elections Canada will tell you how and where to vote. Simply type in your postal code and read the information provided. Currently (First week of April, 2011), full information about the election is not yet available.
Elections Canada also has a FAQ for students and young voters.
The election will be held on Monday, May 2, 2011. Advance voting will be held on April 22, April 23, and April 25, at selected locations.
In order to vote, you need NOT be registered in advance (you can register at the polls, if you aren’t already), but you must be able to prove your IDENTITY and ADDRESS. Elections Canada has information about what forms of identification are acceptable at the polls.
